Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Halfway Cardinals (Halfway, MO) and the visiting School of the Ozarks Patriots (Point Lookout, MO), saw Halfway's basketball squad wallop School of the Ozarks by a tally of 61-35.

With the victory, Halfway improves its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Dadeville (Dadeville, MO) to confront the Bearcats in a Polk County challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 7-2.

Next up, the Patriots confront the Galena Bears (Galena, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 16. School of the Ozarks will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record.
