Texas High School Basketball - Hillcrest crushes Sunset

January 13, 2023: Dallas, TX 75230

Hillcrest Panthers (Dallas, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sunset Bison (Dallas, TX), 79-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Hillcrest upgrades its record to 8-13 on the season. The Panthers travel to Molina (Dallas, TX) to play the Jaguars in a 5A Region II District 11 bout on Friday, January 20. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 3-14.

Next up, the Bison play the South Oak Cliff Bears (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 11 bout, on Saturday, January 14. Sunset will attempt to upgrade on its 12-11 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 9-5 record after their 80-37 league win over Molina (Dallas, TX).
