Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Remington Broncos (Whitewater, KS) and the visiting Moundridge Wildcats (Moundridge, KS), saw Remington's basketball squad hold off Moundridge by a tally of 67-62.

With the victory, Remington improves its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to Sterling (Sterling, KS) to confront the Black Bears in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Black Bears come into the challenge with a record of 6-3.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Sedgwick Cardinals (Sedgwick, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 14. Moundridge will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 51-36 non-league loss to Ell-Saline (Brookville, KS).
