Kansas High School Basketball - Ell-Saline holds off Remington
January 6, 2023: Brookville, KS 67425 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ell-Saline Cardinals (Brookville, KS) and the visiting Remington Broncos (Whitewater, KS), saw Ell-Saline's basketball squad hold off Remington by a tally of 60-57.
With the victory, Ell-Saline improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Classical (Wichita, KS) to confront the Saints in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Saints come into the challenge with a record of 8-0. Classical won 75-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Flinthills (Rosalia, KS)
Next up, the Broncos confront the Marion Warriors (Marion, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Remington will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 65-45 non-league loss to Moundridge (Moundridge, KS).
