North Union Warriors (Armstrong, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Iowa Bison (Buffalo Center, IA), 65-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Union upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Warriors travel to Forest City (Forest City, IA) to clash with the Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 1-9.

Next up, the Bison clash with the Central Springs Panthers (Manly, IA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 16. North Iowa will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 83-63 non-league loss to Osage (Osage, IA).
