New York High School Basketball - Albany crushes Troy

January 13, 2023: Albany, NY 12203

Albany Falcons (Albany, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Troy Flying Horses (Troy, NY), 77-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Albany upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Falcons host Bishop Ludden (Syracuse, NY) to play the Gaelic Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 14. The Gaelic Knights go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Bishop Ludden won 87-28 in their recent league bout against Syracuse Academy of Science (Syracuse, NY)

Next up, the Flying Horses play the Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 14. Troy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The go into the bout with a 9-3 record after their 65-51 league win over Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk (Ravena, NY).
