January 13, 2023: Kinston, NC 28504 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots (Kinston, NC) and the visiting Wayne Preparatory Academy Generals (Goldsboro, NC), saw Arendell Parrott Academy's basketball squad wallop Wayne Preparatory Academy by a tally of 69-28.
With the victory, Arendell Parrott Academy improves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Patriots host Greenfield (Wilson, NC) to confront the Knights in a NCISAA Coastal Plain challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 11-8. Greenfield won 63-34 in their recent league challenge against Epiphany (New Bern, NC)
Next up, the Generals confront the Wake Prep Academy Guardians (Wake Forest, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Wayne Preparatory Academy will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record.
