Maryland High School Basketball - Friendship Collegiate Academy succumbs to National Christian Academy
January 13, 2023: Fort Washington, MD 20744 The National Christian Academy Eagles topped the visiting Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights basketball team by a final score of 50-42 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Riverdale Baptist Crusaders (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a Freelance game, on Wednesday, January 18. National Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Crusaders enter the game with a 12-6 record after their 70-36 non-league win over Highland Springs (Highland Springs, VA).
With the defeat, Friendship Collegiate Academy moves to 8-5 on the year. The Knights host Paul Public Charter International (Washington, DC) to face the Pirates in a PCSAA game on Tuesday, January 17. The Pirates enter the game with a record of 1-2.
