California High School Basketball - Sequoia holds off Woodside
January 13, 2023: Woodside, CA 94062 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Sequoia Ravens (Redwood City, CA) and the host Woodside Wildcats (Woodside, CA), saw Sequoia's basketball squad hold off Woodside by a tally of 48-46.
With the victory, Sequoia improves its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Ravens host Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA) to confront the Bears in a challenge on Wednesday, January 18. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 12-1. Menlo-Atherton won 44-35 in their recent league challenge against Carlmont (Belmont, CA)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Carlmont Scots (Belmont, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, January 18. Woodside will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Scots come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 44-35 league loss to Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA).
