January 13, 2024: Richmond, OH 43944 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Indian Creek Redskins (Wintersville, OH) and the host Edison Wildcats (Richmond, OH), saw Indian Creek's basketball squad knock off Edison by a count of 50-33.
With the victory, Indian Creek upgrades its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Redskins host St. Clairsville (St. Clairsville, OH) to play the Red Devils in a Buckeye 8 challenge on Wednesday, January 17. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a record of 7-4. St. Clairsville won 73-62 in their recent league challenge against Beaver (Lisbon, OH)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Conotton Valley Rockets (Bowerston, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Edison will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Rockets come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 39-36 league win over Strasburg-Franklin (Strasburg, OH).
