The Rangers now possess a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Puckett for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 16. Richland will battle a Wolves team coming off a 44-42 league loss to St. Andrew's Episcopal (Ridgeland, MS). The Wolves record now stands at 6-10.
The Bulldogs (8-12) will now prepare for their battle against Ethel (Ethel, MS). The Tigers come into the 1A Region 6 battle with a 6-10 record. In their last battle, Ethel was nudged by Nanih Waiya (Louisville, MS), 64-48, in a league battle.
