Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Scott Central Rebels (Forest, MS) and the host Richland Rangers (Richland, MS), saw Scott Central's basketball squad hold off Richland by a tally of 37-30.

With the victory, Scott Central improves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Taylorsville (Taylorsville, MS) to confront the Tartars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 23. The Tartars come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Taylorsville lost 49-19 in their recent non-league challenge against Heidelberg (Heidelberg, MS)
