The Scott Central Rebels basketball team (Forest, MS), was toppled 43-34 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Forest Bearcats (Forest, MS)

The Bearcats now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newton for a non-league battle on Friday, December 8. Forest will confront a Tigers team coming off a 41-29 non-league win over Northeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 8-1.

The Rebels (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Leake County (Walnut Grove, MS). The Gators come into the non-league battle with a 3-6 record. In their last battle, Leake County was toppled by Pelahatchie (Pelahatchie, MS), 58-26, in a non-league battle.
