January 13, 2025: Buena Vista, VA 24416

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Parry McCluer Fighting Blues basketball team scored a close 62-56 win over the William Campbell Generals.

The Fighting Blues (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Bath County (Hot Springs, VA). The Chargers come into the Pioneer contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Bath County edged Meadow Bridge (Meadow Bridge, WV), 55-21, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Generals battle the Rustburg Red Devils (Rustburg, VA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 15. William Campbell will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Red Devils come into the contest with a 7-3 record after their 64-50 league win over Amherst County (Amherst, VA).
