January 13, 2025: Carlisle, IA 50047 Carlisle Wildcats (Carlisle, IA) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting West Marshall Trojans (State Center, IA), 66-38 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Carlisle upgrades its record to 9-2 on the year. The Wildcats host A-D-M (Adel, IA) to face the Tigers in a Raccoon River match on Tuesday, January 14. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 8-4. A-D-M won 57-19 in their recent league match against Boone (Boone, IA)
The Trojans now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prairie City-Monroe for a Heart of Iowa match on Tuesday, January 14. West Marshall will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 59-44 non-league win over Montezuma (Montezuma, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-2.
