January 13, 2025: Enid, OK 73703 The Woodward Boomers (Woodward, OK) basketball were winner over the host Chisholm Longhorns (Enid, OK), 59-41 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Boomers now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Clinton for a Western bout on Tuesday, January 14. Woodward will play a Red Tornadoes team coming off a 66-26 non-league loss to El Reno (El Reno, OK). The Red Tornadoes record now stands at 1-9.
With the loss, Chisholm falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Perry (Perry, OK) to play the Maroons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Maroons go into the bout with a record of 7-5. Perry lost 66-26 in their recent non-league bout against Alva (Alva, OK)
