In Monday's non-league test, the Clayton-Ridge Eagles (Guttenburg, IA) basketball squad trounced the host Starmont Stars (Arlington, IA), by a final score of 38-16.

Next, the Eagles clash with the West Central Blue Devils (Maynard, IA) in a Upper Iowa test, on Tuesday, January 14. Clayton-Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Blue Devils come into the test with a 2-7 record after their 66-26 non-league loss to Oelwein (Oelwein, IA).
