Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Jamestown trounced by Maplewood
January 13, 2025: Guys Mills, PA 16327 Maplewood Tigers (Guys Mills, PA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Jamestown Muskies (Jamestown, PA), 61-34 in a league match.
With the victory, Maplewood advances its record to 9-4 on the year. The Tigers host Cambridge Springs (Cambridge Springs, PA) to face the Devils in a District 10 Region 2 match on Thursday, January 16. The Devils enter the match with a record of 8-4. Cambridge Springs won 55-20 in their recent league match against Youngsville (Youngsville, PA)
The Muskies now own a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mercer for a non-league match on Wednesday, January 15. Jamestown will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 62-34 league win over Reynolds (Greenville, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-7.
