In Monday's non-league test, the Wheeling Central Catholic Maroon Knights (Wheeling, WV) basketball squad trounced the visiting Monroe Central Seminoles (Woodsfield, OH), by a score of 79-51.

Next, the Maroon Knights encounter the Weir Red Riders (Weirton, WV) in a non-league test, on Thursday, January 16. Wheeling Central Catholic will attempt to improve on its 10-0 season record.
