South Carolina High School Basketball - Wando fells Cane Bay
January 13, 2025: Summerville, SC 29486 The Wando Warriors basketball team scored 43 points and limited the host Cane Bay Cobras to 33 in the Warriors league triumph on Monday.
The Warriors now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Berkeley for a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. Wando will confront a Stags team coming off a 35-30 non-league win over Goose Creek (Goose Creek, SC). The Stags record now stands at 11-2.
With the loss, Cane Bay falls to 13-2 on the campaign. The Cobras host Stratford (Goose Creek, SC) to confront the Knights in a game on Friday, January 17. The Knights go into the game with a record of 2-1. Stratford lost 46-30 in their recent league game against Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC)
