Bigfork Vikings & Valkyries (Bigfork, MT) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Polson Pirates (Polson, MT), 44-42 in a league match.

With the victory, Bigfork upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Vikings & Valkyries travel to Browning (Browning, MT) to face the Indians in a A Northwest match on Thursday, January 15. The Indians enter the match with a record of 3-3.

In their next game, the Pirates confront the Libby Loggers (Libby, MT) in a A Northwest contest, on Saturday, January 17. Polson will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record.
