California High School Basketball - Hoover overwhelms Justin Garza

The Hoover Patriots basketball team scored 78 points and limited the host Justin Garza Guardians to 57 in the Patriots league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now have a 10-5 record. They play next when they host Fresno for a County/Metro 2 game on Thursday, January 15. Hoover will confront a Warriors team coming off a 74-60 league win over Roosevelt (Fresno, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 10-6.

The Guardians (11-7) will now prepare for their outing against Edison (Fresno, CA). The Tigers enter the County/Metro 2 outing with a 7-9 record. In their last outing, Edison routed Madera (Madera, CA), 50-47, in a league outing.
