Huron Tigers (Huron, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Edison Chargers (Milan, OH), 61-48 in a league bout.

With the victory, Huron upgrades its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Norwalk (Norwalk, OH) to play the Truckers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 15. The Truckers come into the bout with a record of 7-6. Norwalk lost 53-50 in their recent league bout against Clyde (Clyde, OH)

Next up, the Chargers play the Keystone Wildcats (La Grange, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 15. Edison will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 62-41 league win over Wellington (Wellington, OH).
