Wilde Lake Wildecats (Columbia, MD) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mt. Hebron Vikings (Ellicott City, MD), 87-43 in a league bout.

With the victory, Wilde Lake upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wildecats host Oakland Mills (Columbia, MD) to play the Scorpions in a Howard County bout on Friday, January 21. The Scorpions come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Oakland Mills lost 54-34 in their recent league bout against Centennial (Ellicott City, MD)

Next up, the Vikings play the Hammond Golden Bears (Columbia, MD) in a Howard County bout, on Friday, February 4. Mt. Hebron will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
