Twinsburg Tigers (Twinsburg, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Wadsworth Grizzlies (Wadsworth, OH), 70-66 in a league bout.

With the win, Twinsburg upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH) to clash with the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 15. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin won 52-47 in their recent league bout against Lake Catholic (Mentor, OH)

Next up, the Grizzlies clash with the Washington Tigers (Massillon, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 18. Wadsworth will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
