The Springtown Porcupines basketball team (Springtown, TX), was overwhelmed 92-16 in Friday's league battle with the host Argyle Eagles (Argyle, TX)

The Eagles now possess a 26-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Decatur for a 4A Region I District 7 battle on Tuesday, January 18. Argyle will confront a Eagles team coming off a 76-16 league win over Lake Worth (Lake Worth, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 17-3.

The Porcupines (6-22) will now prepare for their battle against Castleberry (Fort Worth, TX). The Lions come into the 4A Region I District 7 battle with a 10-15 record.
