Michigan High School Basketball - Stoney Creek can't hold off Clarkston
January 14, 2022: Rochester Hills, MI 48306 The Clarkston Wolves basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Stoney Creek Cougars to 43 in the Wolves league victory on Friday.
The Wolves now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milford for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 18. Clarkston will battle a Mavericks team coming off a 48-32 league win over Walled Lake Western (Walled Lake, MI). The Mavericks record now stands at 4-3.
The Cougars (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, North Farmington edged Oxford (Oxford, MI), 46-34, in a non-league contest.
