South Carolina High School Basketball - Lexington overwhelms White Knoll

January 14, 2022: Lexington, SC 29072

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lexington Wildcats (Lexington, SC) and the visiting White Knoll Timberwolves (Lexington, SC), saw Lexington's basketball squad wallop White Knoll by a tally of 78-22.

With the victory, Lexington advances its record to 11-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC) to encounter the Silver Foxes in a AAAAA Region 5 test on Friday, January 21. The Silver Foxes go into the test with a record of 12-3.

The Timberwolves now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they host Chapin for a AAAAA Region 5 test on Tuesday, January 18. White Knoll will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 87-20 league loss to Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 3-9.
