Pennsylvania High School Basketball - North Star overwhelmed by Windber

January 14, 2022: Boswell, PA 15531

The Windber Ramblers basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the host North Star Cougars to 19 in the Ramblers league victory on Friday.

The Ramblers now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Juniata Valley for a non-league contest on Monday, January 17. Windber will battle a Hornets team coming off a 44-16 league win over Mount Union (Mount Union, PA). The Hornets record now stands at 8-4.

The Cougars (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Portage (Portage, PA). The Mustangs come into the Western Pennsylvania - Northern contest with a 10-2 record.
