New Jersey High School Basketball - Barringer can't hold off West Caldwell Tech
January 14, 2023: West Caldwell, NJ 07006 The West Caldwell Tech Eagles basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Barringer Blue Bears to 63 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Passaic County Tech for a non-league contest on Monday, January 16. West Caldwell Tech will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-46 non-league win over Paramus (Paramus, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-4.
The Blue Bears (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Kennedy (Paterson, NJ). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Kennedy was nudged by Clifton (Clifton, NJ), 53-36, in a league contest.
