New Jersey High School Basketball - Tech knocked off by Barringer
December 23, 2022: Newark, NJ 07104 The Barringer Blue Bears basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Tech Panthers to 36 in the Blue Bears non-league triumph on Friday.
The Blue Bears now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newark Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Barringer will meet a Minutemen team coming off a 52-45 non-league loss to Science Park (Newark, NJ). The Minutemen record now stands at 0-3.
The Panthers (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Weequahic (Newark, NJ). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Weequahic ran past Golda Och Acadmey (West Orange, NJ), 55-44, in a non-league contest.
