Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Ephrata overwhelms Twin Valley
January 14, 2023: Ephrata, PA 17522 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Ephrata Mountaineers (Ephrata, PA) and the visiting Twin Valley Raiders (Elverson, PA), saw Ephrata's basketball squad wallop Twin Valley by a tally of 58-34.
With the victory, Ephrata improves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Mountaineers travel to Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, PA) to confront the Bears in a Lancaster-Lebanon 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 6-8. Elizabethtown lost 51-40 in their recent league challenge against Conestoga Valley (Lancaster, PA)
Next up, the Raiders confront the Muhlenberg Muhls (Laureldale, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Twin Valley will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record. The Muhls come into the challenge with a 8-6 record after their 65-59 league loss to Exeter Township (Reading, PA).
