Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the McLaurin Tigers (Florence, MS) and the visiting Seminary Bulldogs (Seminary, MS), saw McLaurin's basketball squad knock off Seminary by a count of 52-40.

With the victory, McLaurin upgrades its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Crystal Springs (Crystal Springs, MS) to play the Tigers in a 3A Region 6 challenge on Wednesday, January 18. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-6.
