Georgia High School Basketball - Mount Paran Christian thwarts Carrollton
January 14, 2023: Carrollton, GA 30117 The Mount Paran Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA) basketball knocked off the host Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, GA), 58-38 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Eagles (18-1) will now prepare for their test against Washington (Atlanta, GA). The Bulldogs go into the AA Region 6 test with a 7-8 record. In their last test, Washington went down by Greenforest (Decatur, GA), 33-30, in a non-league test.
The Trojans now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to New Faith Christian Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 17. Carrollton will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 64-43 non-league loss to Decatur (Decatur, GA). The Titans record now stands at 7-7.
