Georgia High School Basketball - Brookwood edges Mount Paran Christian
December 30, 2022: Snellville, GA 30078 The Brookwood Broncos (Snellville, GA) basketball nipped the visiting Mount Paran Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA), 56-54 in Friday's non-league test.
The Broncos (13-1) will now prepare for their test against Grayson (Loganville, GA). The Rams go into the AAAAAAA Region 4 test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, Grayson got by Archbishop Chapelle (Metairie, LA), 58-22, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walker for a AA Region 6 contest on Tuesday, January 3. Mount Paran Christian will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 46-27 league loss to Drew Charter (Atlanta, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-8.
