Illinois High School Basketball - Larkin routs Westminster Christian
January 14, 2023: Elgin, IL 60123 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Larkin Royals (Elgin, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Westminster Christian Warriors (Elgin, IL), by a count of 42-10.
The Royals (10-10) will now prepare for their outing against Glenbard East (Lombard, IL). The Rams go into the Upstate Eight outing with a 13-8 record. In their last outing, Glenbard East was crushed by Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL), 46-32, in a league outing.
The Warriors now hold a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Mooseheart for a Northeastern outing on Tuesday, January 17. Westminster Christian will clash with a Red Ramblers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Morgan Park Academy (Chicago, IL). The Red Ramblers record now stands at 1-4.
