New Jersey High School Basketball - Oak Knoll tops Kent Place
January 14, 2023: Summit, NJ 07901 Oak Knoll Royals (Summit, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Kent Place Dragons (Summit, NJ), 36-20 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Oak Knoll upgrades its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Royals travel to Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 8-4. Scotch Plains-Fanwood won 44-37 in their recent non-league bout against Watchung Hills Regional (Warren, NJ)
Next up, the Dragons play the Governor Livingston Highlanders (Berkeley Heights, NJ) in a Union County - Valley bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Kent Place will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Highlanders come into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 50-38 league loss to Cranford (Cranford, NJ).
