Louisiana High School Basketball - Northwood overwhelmed by Lafayette Christian Academy
January 14, 2023: Lafayette, LA 70507 The Northwood Gators basketball team (Lena, LA), was overwhelmed 65-31 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Lafayette Christian Academy Knights (Lafayette, LA)
The Knights now possess a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westgate for a 4A District 4 battle on Friday, January 20.
The Gators (12-4) will now prepare for their battle against Scotlandville (Baton Rouge, LA). The Hornets come into the non-league battle with a 13-5 record. In their last battle, Scotlandville trounced Plaquemine (Plaquemine, LA), 59-16, in a non-league battle.
