Louisiana High School Basketball - Peabody tops Lafayette Christian Academy
March 2, 2023: Lafayette, LA 70507 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Peabody Warhorses (Alexandria, LA) and the host Lafayette Christian Academy Knights (Lafayette, LA), saw Peabody's basketball squad knock off Lafayette Christian Academy by a tally of 40-32.
With the victory, Peabody improves its record to 20-7 on the campaign. The Warhorses travel to St. Louis Catholic (Lake Charles, LA) to play the Saints in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 4. The Saints come into the challenge with a record of 25-7. St. Louis Catholic won 61-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Vandebilt Catholic (Houma, LA)
