November 29, 2022: Alexandria, LA 71302 The Washington-Marion Charging Indians basketball team (Lake Charles, LA), was overwhelmed 60-28 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Peabody Warhorses (Alexandria, LA)
The Warhorses now possess a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Delta Charter for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 6. Peabody will battle a Storm team coming off a 39-37 non-league loss to Claiborne Christian (West Monroe, LA). The Storm record now stands at 2-4.
The Charging Indians (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lafayette Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Lafayette Christian Academy trounced Fairview (Grant, LA), 58-53, in a non-league battle.
