North Carolina High School Basketball - Forest Hills crushes North Stanly
January 14, 2023: New London, NC 28127 Forest Hills Yellow Jackets (Marshville, NC) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host North Stanly Comets (New London, NC), 70-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Forest Hills upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Yellow Jackets host Parkwood (Monroe, NC) to clash with the Wolf Pack in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Wolf Pack go into the bout with a record of 3-7.
Next up, the Comets clash with the Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 20. North Stanly will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 8-5 record after their 69-30 non-league win over Albemarle (Albemarle, NC).
