January 14, 2025: Belle Plaine, MN 56011 The Belle Plaine Tigers (Belle Plaine, MN) basketball were winner over the visiting Le Sueur-Henderson Giants (Le Sueur, MN), 91-73 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] for a AA Section 2 bout on Friday, January 17. Belle Plaine will play a Titans team coming off a 80-45 league loss to Minnesota Valley Lutheran (New Ulm, MN). The Titans record now stands at 0-13.
With the loss, Le Sueur-Henderson falls to 9-3 on the campaign. The Giants host St. Clair (St. Clair, MN) to play the Cyclones in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 16. The Cyclones go into the bout with a record of 6-8. St. Clair won 79-40 in their recent league bout against Medford (Medford, MN)
