The Blue Valley Northwest Huskies basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Saint Thomas Aquinas Saints to 51 in the Huskies league triumph on Tuesday.

The Huskies now have a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Blue Valley Southwest for a Eastern Kansas game on Friday, January 17. Blue Valley Northwest will confront a Timberwolves team coming off a 61-46 league loss to St. James Academy (Lenexa, KS). The Timberwolves record now stands at 1-6.

With the loss, Saint Thomas Aquinas falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Saints host Rockhurst (Kansas City, MO) to confront the Hawklets in a non-league game on Friday, January 17.
