The Saint Thomas Aquinas Saints basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting St. James Academy Thunder to 54 in the Saints league triumph on Friday.

The Saints now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Bishop Miege for a Eastern Kansas game on Friday, January 3. Saint Thomas Aquinas will confront a Stags team coming off a 71-58 non-league loss to McPherson (McPherson, KS). The Stags record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, St. James Academy falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Thunder host Heritage Christian Academy (Olathe, KS) to confront the Chargers in a non-league game on Friday, January 3.
