January 14, 2025: Headland, AL 36345 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Carroll Eagles (Ozark, AL) and the host Headland Rams (Headland, AL), observed Carroll's basketball team overwhelm Headland by a score of 70-43.
The Eagles (16-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Dothan (Dothan, AL). The Wolves come into the non-league challenge with a 21-2 record. In their last challenge, Dothan trounced Carver Montgomery (Montgomery, AL), 60-51, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Rams battle the Eufaula Tigers (Eufaula, AL) in a 5A Area 4 challenge, on Friday, January 17. Headland will attempt to improve on its 10-10 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-12 record after their 83-60 non-league loss to Abbeville (Abbeville, AL).
