With the victory, Kilgore upgrades its record to 6-11 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Gilmer (Gilmer, TX) to face the Buckeyes in a 4A Region II District 16 match on Friday, January 17. The Buckeyes enter the match with a record of 8-11. Gilmer won 43-40 in their recent league match against Spring Hill (Longview, TX)
