January 14, 2025: Chapin, SC 29036 The Chapin Eagles (Chapin, SC) basketball crushed the visiting Lexington Wildcats (Lexington, SC), 63-39 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to River Bluff for a AAAAA Region 4 bout on Friday, January 17. Chapin will play a Gators team coming off a 51-45 league win over Irmo (Columbia, SC). The Gators record now stands at 12-5.
With the loss, Lexington falls to 4-10 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC) to play the Silver Foxes in a AAAAA Region 4 bout on Friday, January 17. The Silver Foxes go into the bout with a record of 12-5. Dutch Fork won 61-57 in their recent league bout against White Knoll (Lexington, SC)
