The Niles North Vikings basketball squad (Skokie, IL), was nudged 68-64 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL)

With the victory, Evanston advances its record to 15-3 on the year. The Wildkits travel to Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL) to meet the Spartans in a Central Suburban - South battle on Friday, January 17. The Spartans enter the battle with a record of 10-7. Glenbrook North won 68-58 in their recent non-league battle against Ridgewood (Norridge, IL)

The Vikings now own a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Park for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 18. Niles North will meet a Lancers squad coming off a 47-43 non-league loss to Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL). The Lancers record now stands at 6-12.
