The St. George's Gryphons basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Northpoint Christian Trojans to 41 in the Gryphons non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Gryphons now have a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Harding Academy for a Division II-A West District 6 game on Friday, January 17. St. George's will confront a Lions team coming off a 65-63 league win over Lausanne Collegiate (Memphis, TN). The Lions record now stands at 13-3.
