Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Abington toppled by Council Rock North
January 14, 2025: Abington, PA 19001 Council Rock North Indians (Newtown, PA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Abington Galloping Ghosts (Abington, PA), 54-46 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Council Rock North upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Indians host Holy Ghost Prep (Bensalem, PA) to face the Firebirds in a non-league match on Thursday, January 16. The Firebirds enter the match with a record of 11-2. Holy Ghost Prep won 55-15 in their recent non-league match against Upper Merion Area (King of Prussia, PA)
The Galloping Ghosts now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cheltenham for a non-league match on Friday, January 17.
